01. Fill out the form or contact me directly at tyler@scratchstudios.co with your wedding date + venue, estimated guest count, and any other details about your vision for your special day!
02. I will then make a first suggestion on which Collection we should consider, and suggest a consultation call. we’ll chat more wedding details and get to know each other better as I hear your love story and gain a better understanding of the most important things that uniquely matter to you.
This call will be also be a chance to see full galleries from real weddings. These galleries will be hand-picked to have a similar vibe to your wedding, and I will also pick previous weddings I’ve photographed if your venue is somewhere I have previously shot.
03. after the call, I will send a recap email with links to those shared galleries so you can take a closer look at the finished product. I will also include a sample contract with the agreed upon collection + add-ons.
04. once i get the approval that we’re ready to make things officail, I will send over a payment portal for the invoice. to secure your wedding date, a $500 payment will be required through that payment portal. the remaining balance isn’t due until a week prior to the wedding date, with the flexibility to make payments along the way if you would like.
05. Once your wedding date is secured, I am now available to help in any way with your wedding journey! I always tell my couples to please use me as a resource during the planning period- whether it be brainstorming fun + creative ideas to incorporate, help with timeline planning + structure, sample shot lists, etc. we can also start locking in a date for your engagement session if you planned on having one!
